Resolution: It is necessary to study in a native English-speaking country to learn English.
Affirmative or Negative: Affirmative

We think that it is necessary to study in a native English -speaking country to learn English. We have three points: conversation, pronunciation, and custom.

1. Conversation: If we are in a situation in which we need to speak English, we can master talking English with people. Because there are many native English speakers in a native English-speaking country, so we have to speak English.

2. Pronunciation: Good pronunciation is easy to understand for us and it will not cause a misunderstanding. And we can get better English by we get used to hearing.

3. Custom: If we learn American customs, we understand their sense of values and their thinking. So we should learn American customs, because we think it is a best way to know American lifestyle. Therefore we can speak English in our daily life.

 We think that living in the country is better than living in a big city. We have three points :stress, environment and knowledge.

1. Stress:Living in the country is better. we don’t feel a lot of stress for population is small. Moreover, facilities for travel are not crowded. So we can have room and time.

2. Environment: There is a lot of nature. So the country has clean air. We can breathe clear air. Therefore, the country people are healthy. According to one research, It is said that 60% of the urban child have atopy / the asthma recently. When the cause is the disposal gas of house environment and the cities such as apartments sealed up and chemical polluted air, it is said

3. Human relations: There are good relations. We can get on with neighborhood. If had some troubles, we could help each other. In addition, we can share many things with the people.

We have three points : shopping, traffic and working.

1,Shopping :There are many shopping centers in a big city. For example, 109,Marui and LUMINE.. If you want to buy something, you can buy it with ease. And, you can choose from many items.
2, Traffic :It is more convenient to use many means of transportation in a big city. There are many means of transportation in a big city. For example, trains, buses and a expressway. If you want to go out, you will choose means of transportation. And you use means of transportation, you can go to destination.

3, Work : If you live in a big city, you can find work which you want. Because there are a lot of kind of jobs. And there are many big companies in big city. Even if you can’t enter the work which you hope, there are many same works.

We think that Cosmetic surgery should be banned. We have three points: increase of commit suicide, lose shaping, and high cost.

1,Increase commit of suicide: Failure of cosmetic surgery causes suicide. According to Americans medical journal. Many people who had cosmetic surgery done tend to commit suicide. Even if you had cosmetic surgery and got beautiful face, you can not change your mind.

2, Lose shaping, Good shaping can not keep a long time. According to Biyo website. When a woman had cosmetic surgery, she thought it was success. However after one year she noticed the shape of her face changed. She got an eyelid with a fold ,but there is a scar on her eyelid.
3, High cost: We think it is very expensive. If you want to have cosmetic surgery, you may need over one million yen.

2. Environment: There are many schools which have the native speaking teachers and aural communication class in junior high schools and high schools. We have properly environment in Japan.

3. Motivation: With a clear aim and motivation, we could study English in Japan. For example, some people which studied without studying abroad found a job which need English skills.

1. confidence: some people have a complex about their self. Or they are suffering from bullying. They have low self-esteem. But if they do cosmetic surgery, they gain more confidence.

2. Dream: if you want to be a model or an entertainer. But you don’t have ideal proportion, your dream job will be hard to come true.So if you have cosmetic surgery, it can be help your step up to the dream.

3.beauty:woman always wish that we would get eternal beauty. So if you want to have more beauty, you can get the cosmetic surgery anytime.

We think that smoking should be banned in all public places. We have three points: health, trouble to non-smokers, and cost.

1. HEALTH: Smoking is bad for your health because, we will get cause cancer. If you are a smoker, you will get it about 80%. There are some 400 other compounds in cigarette smoke. So they will get sick of cancer too when non-smoking people snuff it. And also, Smoker has 20 to 30 higher risk of lung cancer than nonsmokers.
2. TROUBLE TO NON-SMOKERS: Non-smokers do not like smoke or smell of smoke. So, if smoker is smoking in the public space non-smokers inhale it. Smokers should smoke only at a smoking area.
3. COST: Cigarettes are very expensive. It costs about 320-yen. You should donate the money to charity rather than you buy cigarettes.

We don't think think that smoking should be banned in all public places. We have three points: relaxing effect, communication with others and economic effect.

1. Relaxing effect: It is common knowledge that we can get relaxing effect from smoking. We feel many stresses in public place, so we need putting out the stress. It is effective to reject the stress to smoke.

2. Communication: Smokers can build a good communication in various places, for example bar. There are people of various generations. It begins from lending and borrowing of a cigarette lighter and smoker enjoying talking. But Nonsmokers can't appreciate it.

3. Economic effect: Tobacco brings about positive economic effects. Charges of tobacco contribute to the local society. And if the number of smokers decreases, people who make a living on the tobacco culture can’t live.
