Resolution: It is necessary to study in a native English-speaking country to learn English.
Affirmative or Negative: Affirmative

We think that it is necessary to study in a native English -speaking country to learn English. We have three points: conversation, pronunciation, and custom.

1. Conversation: If we are in a situation in which we need to speak English, we can master talking English with people. Because there are many native English speakers in a native English-speaking country, so we have to speak English.

2. Pronunciation: Good pronunciation is easy to understand for us and it will not cause a misunderstanding. And we can get better English by we get used to hearing.

3. Custom: If we learn American customs, we understand their sense of values and their thinking. So we should learn American customs, because we think it is a best way to know American lifestyle. Therefore we can speak English in our daily life.
